The wife and I are going for a little overnighter to Clearlake California. Not a big trip, but fairly big in that we are going to do some house hunting. I want a house on the lake with a dock for my boat. We need about 1100 sq ft house with a 6000 sq ft garage. We are pre-preping the bike for the ride... More to follow Sunday!

Look for a smaller house, with a larger garage. Maybe even put a loft in the garage for sleeping.

Yes...

We found our dream house. Brand new two story, wrap around decks on both levels. Unfortunatly we still have to wait a while before we can pull the trigger on it. I think home prices will drop further in the next year. Mary can tell you more about it.
