I'm not a huge bacon afficionado.. but my wife and I went to this place in Austin that mixes bacon into the pancake batter. AWESOME!

You wouldn't thing it'd be that good, but it's very tasty. Now, when the wife makes pancakes.. she always puts bits of bacon in the batter.

Skip, the panake thing made me remember that my mom use to make bacon waffles that we all loved.

I'm going to an old, old resturant in Monroe, WI tomorrow before going out to blast with the CZ 52 I bought, and I'm having BACON!!!!
