Tell us about it! I haven;t ridden in weeks, my street is a sheet of ice. I would ride in snow, but ice is hairy. I got hit hard here in Thornton, then the city used my Cul-de-Sac as a snow storage area, packing the snow to a 3-4 inch thick sheet of ice with big front loaders. I tried( My wife thought I was crazy) but after the third downing, I got back to the garage and gave up. The roads are clear for the most part now, but I can't get to em. Waiting for the meltdown.

Hey Alan! How's the knee doing? Be careful on that ice. The roads around here cleared up enough to get a little riding in today. Didn't go far. And there's another storm said to be on the way. I'm ready for summer....

Hi Hayduke! Good to hear from Ya! How's the pretty wife? Looking forward to some riding this spring, I hope. The knee is doing OK, thanks, although I think it's going to be a barometer of cold weather with the aching. Do you think the passes will clear before the end of summer, what with all the snow? Anyone been talking of a get together like last time? I am arranging for vacation time in the summer for just such a trip, will have more info by feb-march. I'll stay in touch. thanks

We definitely have to get together and ride this summer! There's some stuff south of Poncha pass I'd like to check out...

The mountains around here don't have any more snow than normal for this time of year- it's the lower elevations that are getting hammered. I think the passes will open about the normal time- fourth of July-ish.

Have you seen Tami's new bike? She is so excited- she can't wait for this snow to melt!

Hey guys! I also saw that Tami has already outgrown her first bike. Good for her!

Alan, you doing the AdvRider West Fest or HU meets this year? I've got four rides/rallies planned already. I see that you two are in for West Fest already, Duke. I'll get registered soon.
