Simple installation combined with useful and reliable information is what the Vapor speedometer and tachometer is all about. Each kit readily fits 08-10 KLR models and every part you need is included for installation. For older KLRs, a general-purpose kit can be adapted to fit the bike. At the heart of the system is the Vapor computer. This device has a speedometer, tachometer, temp gauge, odometer, various timers for things like ride time and total engine hours and more. Also available, billet aluminum bash guards for those of you that like to ride a little rough.

Water temperature sensor, probably the most complicated part of the installation as you will have to cut into your bike’s coolant line. For air-cooled bikes, a sensor sits at the top of the spark plug to gauge engine temperature.

If the instructions weren’t clear enough and easy to follow, many leads are also labeled. The Vapor runs off your motorcycle’s own power supply, no need to worry about batteries.
