Is there a way to turn my Turn signals into 4 way flashers?

I am wondering if there is a way I can turn my 2 front and 2 rear turn signals into flashers? You know like a cars hazard lights? Reason for this is I do alot of moto support work for Cycling events, Ironmans etc. I have never been able to figure it out but have seen other bikes that have that abilitly. How is this done? I don't want to lose the turn signal function but would like to be able to make all 4 lights flash on and off..

This might be simpler. Although Tom's will work with the ignition off. You would have to flip the switch on this and then hit the left or right signal switch.
