A buddy of mine made one for me and it works great.
A respectful and humble design suggestion; put PADS, or SMOOTH-ROLLED RADIUS PLATES OR TUBES, on those bare angle-iron ends supporting the stand when lifting the bike.
Looks like the sharp corners of the bare angle-iron ends shown would gouge asphalt, flooring (like vinyl on a garage floor), or sink into mud, grass, or soft ground.
And, I think SLO-KLR has a point--the competition may be genuine made-in-China hydraulic lifts, from Pep Boys, Harbor Freight, etc., etc. Like it or not, "Money makes the world go 'round," and--like it or not, "globalization" is here.
That said, I wish your buddy success with his product, Drake; looks well-made.
