I'm looking for a complete set of new plastic for an 03. Any website suggestions would be apprciated.

I'm not aware of any after market body components for the Gen I KLR 650, other than fuel tanks and fenders, and they are not configured like the stock pieces.

Ebay parts and a few rattle cans of Krylon Fusion plastic paint might get you looking presentable again....

E-bay is your friend although you might find people here or ADV rider selling a complete set every once in a while. Just curious why a complete set? Most often people need one side at worst. Is this a complete restoration job? If so you might be best off to order from someplace like Cheap parts.com.

I'm wanting to replace, or even paint if it can look good, all of the plastic. My Olive drab green in almost white. It's faded pretty bad. It runs too good to get rid of so I thought I'd clean it up some.
