welding broken frame

the back frame of my klr is broken.
to weld it i need to strip down a lot of shit so it seems.
are there some good strip down video's pictures instructions...ect ect that could be interesting to look at?

where is the sub frame broken ? the subframe is easy 4 bolts to remove from main chassis .. plastics are pita at times wiring harness just unclicks .. time consuming but doable ..

the air box for me was the toughest part ..

the tube that is broken is the tube that goes up to the tail, it is broken somewhere in the middle.
yes airbox is mainly in the way for welding
good to know that the wires simply unplug.

there is vent line that tucks up under the rear fender support inner liner , the carb boot pulls out of box easy enough ..

but maybe u can save the hassle and remove air box for access ?

is it battery side or other side broke ?

took some time, but it is back together again.
i took the first ride on the klr and it puts a big smile on my face.
