Some tires are hard to get the bead right on it all the way around. You can do it, but sometimes it takes a little work doing it. 99% of the time it just isn't seated right, I would let the air out and break the bead and try to reseat the tire.
Another question, did you ballance them? If you are going to be riding off road mostly you may not want to take thye trouble to ballance them, but if you are going to be going down the hwy at 70 MPH I would want the tires ballanced.
It isn't hard to ballance them it just takes a little time.
