Yes as above what do you mean by carb kit?

Did you alter anything that then caused these symptoms?

How does it run at idle?
What RPM before you encounter issues?
What color is your spark plug electrode?... is it wet, dry?

Try to give as much detail as possible regarding your symptoms too.

weird

i had simptoms before i put in carb kit
i idle good
in neutral i rev up fine
when i driveit cuts out at about 3500rpm and almost dies i bring it back pumping the throttle

what ive done so far
i changed the spark it looked fine,i put a carb kit but had trouble before carb was not dirty but put in kit anyway
symptoms appered while riding and wont go away
the vacuum on carb works fine i unpluged on off valve on tank while running and gas comes out so no valve trouble
i checked connections on bike all good
thought it was safety switch on kick stand bypassed it still the same

it acts like im loosing spark and then it comes back whitch at first i thought it was a gas problem so thats y i rebuilt carb it still did it so rebuilt again

so basicly what it does is i drive and its like i turn the ignition switch off and after 2 sec turn it back on

the only thing i did different on the ride that the symptoms appered i put in some supreme gas in it

I wonder if the fuel tank is not venting properly? When the symptoms appear, open the fueltank cap and if you hear a whoosh and or the problem stops, the tank may not be venting properly.

Firstly check to make sure the diaphragm in the top of the carb is sitting in its groove correctly.. use some grease to keep it in place.

Remove CDI unit
Set your multimeter to OHMS on 1Kohm setting.
Use the table to check Ohm readings (for example red probe to RED WIRE and black probe to BLACK WIRE will should give a reading between 2-8)

Be warned I tested my unit and it came up as bad but was working fine.

Did you check the diaphragm was sitting correctly in the carb?... make sure its in its groove and there are no tears or holes in it.
