leaking petcock when on reserve

OK Im some what inept my petcock leaks on off or reserve but is fine on ON other wise alls good for the moment, Is this a common problem? thanks David

Shouldn't be doing that. Best pull the tank and see what's going on with the petcock (or leave it ON).
