"wider" brake and clutch levers?

Can anybody recommend brake and clutch levers that have a wider, flatter "face" to them? The stock ones feel like I'm grabbing the edge of a butter knife with their narrow rounded profile. There are so many aftermarket ones out there just wondering if someone could suggest a brand or even a part #.

Thanks.

I'm not sure if they're still made, but there used to be a lever sleeve to install over your regular lever, that adhered into place with air.
They worked very nicely, but I don't know if they're still available, and the last time i used them was 15 years ago..

They're a rubber lever sleeve with ribs on one side and just flat on the other. they added another 1/4" to the overall width of the lever. The word "condom" comes to mind..
