Shock linkage question

Just put the Cogent Moab shock on my bike. I thought I would need to drop the shock linkage in order to get the shock out and in, but I was mistaken. When I removed the pivot bolt holding the linkage to the frame, I noticed the pivot bolt has rust, corrosion and scoring in the area of the linkage. (The linkage held tenaciously in place.) Am I correct to assume that the bearings have barfed in the linkage at the frame? If so, do all the bearings, seals, etc come as individual pieces, or does Kawi sell a complete linkage piece (the main linkage, not the two dogbones)?

It is a common problem for that bolt to get corroded but it doesn't mean the bearings are bad. While you have it apart is a good time to inspect all the bearings in the linkage and swingarm and lube them. Clean off any rust from the bolts with a wire wheel or Scotchbrite and coat them with grease before reinstalling.
