Draining the fuel tank

Hey guys, I just bought 2009 and it only has 900 miles on it. I am changing the oil. I also thought I would drain the fuel tank and put fresh gas in it. It cranks and runs fine but .....can anyone tell me how to drain the fuel out? Thanks.

I think the easiest way is just to siphon it out.

Or connect a Rubber hose to the small vacuum nipple on the fuel valve, suck on it, clamp with a hemo-stat or vice-grips. Turn fuel valve to ON. When it runs out, measure Reserve into a separate jug, if your the curious type.

Then lay the big pig down on its LH side, stand it up and measure 'secret reserve'.
Then elevate the front wheel about 2 feet, lay it down, stand it up and measure 'super secret reserve'.
I have used 5.928 gallons out of the 6.1 gallon spec. fuel tank. CA models don't hold that much, drains on your shoes while trying to fill-up.
