You can pick the valve up at NAPA.
The mercedes valve part number is 271-018-00-29.
The hose is 3/8 id hose available at your local home improvement store

Best way for the exhaust setup is what has been mentioned. Open up the airbox using the L mod or using 5 one inch holes. Install the needle with the e-clip in the middle position. Drill the slide. Anything more and you are just wasting fuel.

Previous ride was a 2007 KLR Black/Silver, I miss it..
Looking to get back into KLR's sometime soon.

You can also use one for a 94 Chrysler LHS with a 3.5L V6 engine. Thats what I have on and it works great. Here are some part numbers:

O'Reilly Auto/Microguard PCV345
FRAM FV345 & FV345DP
BWD Auto PCV358
Napa Item MPF39358 or CRB29358

Hose size: 5/8"
Thread Size: 3'8" - 18 Tapered Pipe Threads
