Seal Washer / Coolant Drain Plug

I would like to drain the coolant and replace, but the manual calls for a new seal washer to be placed on the coolant drain plug. Where can I find the seal washer? Does anyone have a part number? Thanks!

I just re-use it several times (6-12) like I do the engine oil drain gasket. The trick is, do not Over-Tighten. It is Very Easy to strip the 5 or 6 threads of the 6mm coolant drain plug. Just Snug! Or better yet a mere 60 INCH pounds.

Part#92022-077. It is a soft aluminum gasket.

People are continually stripping the 12mm oil drain threads.

Go with pdwestman's advice, especially the Do Not Over-Tighten part. If it leaks, it will just be a drop or two and you will see it on the ground/floor. If necessary you can smooth the washer with some fine sand paper or re-soften (anneal) it by heating to a red glow with a propane torch and pliers and letting it cool.

Today's coolant should be good for at least five years.
