Unhappy What to do??? Rebuidl or replace

Im looking for a motor for a 2000-2001 kawasaki klr enduro. My motor droped a valve and ruined everything inside. I want to get the bike moving again so any info about getting parts, blocks, or complete motors that will fit would be appreciated. I want to fix the bike for my dad for all the help he's given me all these years and I know he likes this bike.

Any KLR650 motor will fit but stick with 96 or newer. What parts are damaged in your motor. If it's just a bent valve and a damaged piston it wouldn't cost much to rebuild the head and install a 685 kit.
