Rear Left Turn Signal Snapped Off
Last summer, my bike was dropped on its left side, which resulted in the rear left turn signal breaking off and dangling by its wires. Though the plastic shell was cracked, the wires were still intact and the light still functioned as it should, so I stuck it back on with Gorilla Glue and called the job done. All was fine until a cold night last November, when I bumped the light with my arm and it snapped clean off, wires and all. I checked the Clymer manual, but there appears to be nothing in it about how to fix this problem. There are wiring diagrams, and there's a section on how to test an intact light, but there's nothing about repairing the bike when a light has completely broken off. Can anyone point me to a guide that will walk me through exactly how to do this, step by step?
