- don't use chinese jets; real KH mains only!
- be aware that different jets are numbered differently and cannot be directly compared by number alone.
- follow EM's instructions; they are spot on.
I have bone stock internals and followed the EM kit instructions, I have 142.5 KH mains on the second clip position with no shims under, 2 turns on the fuel screw, stock pilot jet. Bike has a unifilter, snorkle-ectomy and 4-1" holes in the airbox lid; exhaust is a stock Gen2 header with a LeoVince X3 slip-on, Elevation is typically between 2,000 and 8,000 ft and I don't ride below freezing. This setup has been checked with an O2 sniffer by others and is pretty much spot-on. I didn't bother drilling the slide; that affects throttle response only and has nothing to do with jetting.
