Arrow 2007 Parts Diagram

FWIW here is the complete Parts Catalog from Kawasaki for a 2007 KLR650

What I did was to:
  1. Down load all of the Parts Pages from Kawasaki's Customer Site,
  2. Combine them into one pdf file, The attached is broken up into four files as there are file size restrictions on this forum. But still better than the 57 files that Kawasaki has I guess.
  3. Run OCR on it so that all pages are now searchable.

I use this for two purposes, First, for finding the Part Number of a Part, which I can then search for using Google, Amazon.com, eBay or any of the Kawasaki Dealer Web Sites that are out there. and Second, for seeing exactly in what order various assemblies are constructed.

Thanks, Tom!

I needed to see if a Gen1 part would fit on my Gen2.
Success!
Could not find the used part I was looking for with 2008 on in the search.
Really apprciate your efforts.

Many mechanical parts will be identical. Numerous body pieces are not even similar. What part are you considering?

This is great! I just bought a 2007 about 10 days ago, so definitely had to download these PDFs!

Probably copywrited material. Go to www.kawasaki.com. Go to Owner Center. Go to Parts.

I don’t see any attachments to the original post nor has it been edited to remove them. I don’t see this as any copyright infringement. Kawasaki freely puts this information out there to sell parts. I’ve saved and printed all these myself but a searchable PDF would sure be handy.

This is copyrighted material, but it is material that is not sold. If my interpretation of copyright law is correct there is no prohibition against reproducing it so long as it is noted that the copyright is held by KHI. This is under the interpretation that the material has been created to enable and promote sales for KHI. It is similar to reproducing sales brochure material in a motorcycle review.

If illustrations are cut from the material and used for any purpose then the copyright should be acknowledged.

Thanks @Nordlicht, good stuff.
