FWIW here is the complete Parts Catalog from Kawasaki for a 2007 KLR650
What I did was to:
I use this for two purposes, First, for finding the Part Number of a Part, which I can then search for using Google, Amazon.com, eBay or any of the Kawasaki Dealer Web Sites that are out there. and Second, for seeing exactly in what order various assemblies are constructed.
What I did was to:
- Down load all of the Parts Pages from Kawasaki's Customer Site,
- Combine them into one pdf file, The attached is broken up into four files as there are file size restrictions on this forum. But still better than the 57 files that Kawasaki has I guess.
- Run OCR on it so that all pages are now searchable.
