Ok long story short, Divorce-Bike taken apart before the big D started-want to get it right now.
I was in the process of replacing the water pump impellor shaft when the big D happened. So I have a few questions.
1. The magneto side- Balancer has mark on it and mark on shaft. Does it also have to align with the chain in a certain place.
2. The clutch side. I can see the mark on the balancer but do not see the mark on the new shaft?
3. I did not touch timing other than that but the engine probably moved during transport so do I have to make sure the entire engine is timed correctly with cams and then work my way doen to the balancers?
Is there a area in this forum that talks about timing the KLR'S
