Stiff clutch, not cable or pivots

My clutch is way too stiff my hand is killing me for a few weeks now! The cable is good and the pivot points. Don't even talk to me about the cable or pivoting arm. My problem is inside the clutch, the arm is extremely hard to push, where do I look next? Ive also noticed the clutch seems to stick or wind up when I'm shifting hard off the line? Probably related. Do I have to rebuild my clutch? I did start using semi synthetic oil. What do do? How to fix?
