What part of the country are you in? I have the tool in the Portland OR area and it has seen the PNW many times. Wrench and rotor puller...

Well that was back in September. Worried about whether you will see them again. Do you have his contact info?

I've sent three IM's asking for a status. I contacted an admin today to send an email...Tom sent one right away.

These tools are cool...they have been to Minnesota, California, Washington, Oregon, Idahao....always shipped free by me, I just ask for them to be returned, no charge.

Hopefully the OP is good to go and just has not logged on in a while, email from the mods should work.

(EDIT)

Where did you ship the tools to? City?

So I did learn a few things in some of those investigation classes I took while in the fire service.

Looking at cost for the doo tools.
Puller from Eagle Mike with tax and freight should be around $19
A 32mm open end wrench from Harbor freight with tax around $10
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Total to buy and keep the tools ---------------------------around $30

Or to borrow: freight out and back ------------------------around $24

So, for $6 extra you can own and keep the tools for the next time or for a buddy.
You will have to heat and bend a kink in the wrench handle but, it is a piece of cake.

Even with Eagle Mikes wrench at $30, why not do the job and just send back what was borrowed. In my book, entitlement is ruining the neighborhood.

For clarification, the tools are $30 and $13 (wrench and puller). Since I've sent these all over the US without charging the borrower shipping I doubt money is a big issue here...

Thanks to campfire, I made contact with Eric yesterday. He's been in Mexico since Christmas and will return Saturday...tools to be sent ASAP.

Appreciate all the help. Put 300 miles on my KLR yesterday visiting my daughter at college...great pre-spring day for a ride. Coming closer to the Doo job and valve check.
