Exclamation Help needed in Idaho

My husband asked me to post this message: He has a 1991 KLR 650 which has broken down in Caldwell ID. He was on his way to Hailey. The problem is an intermittent intense vibration which results in rough riding at 25-30 MPH. Does anyone have any idea what this might be? He has all the tools he needs to work on his bike but is not sure where to begin. Thanks for your time in responding.

I didn't see this post until today. Sorry to hear you broke down. I'm no mechanic but I do live in Canyon Co. (that's the county Caldwell is in) so if you're still there (or the bike's still there) and you need some help or a place to store the bike for a while let me know.
