Torque settings

Sorry if this is a repeat of many other posts, but I could not find it using the search.
What is the torque setting for the front forks. I've got a torn fork boot and I think the seals need to be replaced.
Think I found the torque settings for the rear and front axle, but if you want to give that to me again, I would appreciate it. Oh, might as well give me the front sprocket too.
Yes, I have ordered a manual, just has not arrived yet.
