Base Service Manual

When I bought my used 03 KLR all that I was given was the small owners manual and service manual "Supplement." This supplement manual keeps referring to the Service "Base" manual which I do not seem to have. I have a Clymer manual which is great, but id really likes the service manual too. I have found a bunch online but only for the GEN 2. Anybody know what I'm talking about or am I crazy??

Please do not lecture me on the effects of temperature and density altitude on an internal combustion engine -Thank you.

It’s labelled as a KLR 600 service manual which is the “base” manual you are asking about. Don’t know about online availability but Google is your friend.

Original OEM 1984 KL600-A1 Base Manual #99924-1050-01. Use the # for e-bay searches along with description.

Brand new are available to Order from kawasaki.com / owners center / manuals, for $59.95 https://www.kawasaki.com/ServiceManuals/Manual/KL600A1

Manuals are the Only Thing they will sell directly to the public, to the best of my knowledge.
