Corbin or Sargent seat

I am trying to decide between these two seats to replace my oem. I've read several previous posts and am leaning towards the sargent but I'm open to opinions on these two brands.

I am hoping to achieve a softer more comfortable ride during long trips, without sliding forward during braking but still have the ability to move about for comfort purposes. Have average inseam length so that is non-issue. Besides, i see where sargent makes a LOW seat if so inclined.

Yes, i'm aware of other options but have boiled them down to these two only.

Opinions please.

over the years ive had 3 corbin seats, 2 for zrx 11 and 1200 and 1 for a kawasaki w650 , the zrx were great and the one for the w650 was very very poor and that was the last one i had , when i got my klr it was the first thing i did, i started to look up seats , and after reading dozens of pages on the net its going to be a sargent seat, just got to sort the money out lol

I have spent thousands on seats over the years. The sgt seat for the klr is the best seat I have ever owned.

You should also check out Seat Concepts. They sell replacement foam and covers so you can install it yourself. Looks very easy and it only costs $160

I've never had a sergeant seat but I had a Corbin on my klr and hated it. Loving my seat concepts seat though!

You can book another satisfied Sargent owner.
Love it.

I have the stock seat and I was going through this same dilemma , I recently decided to go with the corbin so once that arrives I can give some input on that one for you.
