At 20K What Will My Bike Need Done?

So this next summer I have a solo trip to Colorado planned. Its a bucket list trip and I plan on getting as close to lost in those nine days as possible. This brings about the question what do you think the bike will need being its an 08 and will have about 20K on it come trip time. The motor is sound and uses no oil, it has been gone through in some way before I got it. What I plan is below but as I am a mechanic by trade making the labor free what else should I be looking at to have a safe trip free of breakdowns? I figure I am going to be keeping the bike for sometime so replacing a few parts early does not bother me. What do you think? Water pump? Cooling fan? Whatchamcallit? Thingymabob? Thanks for the input.

New tires and tubes
Chain and Sprocket
The Doo spring if its not done
Brakes
I just changed A-Freez
Safety Switch bypass

Your list is good. Check Valves if not done in the last 5k or so.
