Posting install videos

I have a couple of KLR installation videos on my YouTube channel that I would be happy to post here, but I do not want to violate any sponsorship rules. The videos to mention the products that I am installing. I am not sure what the policy is on such a video.

I do not sell the aftermarket products I install. I simply shoot and edit the videos for the companies that manufacture the products.

Can someone clarify the policy on posting such videos?

We don't have a lot of rules here.

Videos posted here are embedded from other sources on the net. Those videos are usually posted in response to a question or situation that is being addressed. If you are posting a video in response to a specific question that is being discussed I don't see a problem with that.

I checked your YouTube Channel out. So, for example, if the discussion was around How To Install a Kisan Headlight and Brake Light Modulator on a KLR then a video link from your channel would be appropriate.

However, starting a thread based on the video link would be regarded as advertising versus assistance and for that you or the product manufacturer would have to be a Supporting Vendor.

Hope that clarifies that and maybe some of the other Moderators have a comment. As I said I did check out your channel and found the videos very well done. Looked at some Goldwing installs that I was curious about.
