KLR650 Labor Flat Rate Times

sixty8fury kindly set up a list of KLR labor times from my notes. He has them in both spreadsheet and PDF.

These might be helpful in planning/anticipating the time required to undertake a repair. These are typical labor estimate times based on what would be expected from the average bike tech. Perhaps others could add other timed operations as a reference?

It could also be helpful to post the time it took to do the first time, sort of newbie time in the next column as that might be helpful for some also.

Oh, sorry this site won't allow me to upload the .xls spreadsheet file but it can be found under 'Flat Rate Times" on KLR650.net/forums

It's really dumb that you can't attach something useful like an ExCel file, but you can attach a zipped file.

This should open up by saving and clicking.

Tom, the "dumb" part is likely in my court based on a life time of experience.
