KLX jet and needle setting for 4000' to 7000' altitude?

Hi , I have read the threads regarding the KLX jet settings and have learned a lot but still do not know for sure where to set it all at for my altitude. I have pulled the snorkel and drilled 4 1 " holes in the airbox, UNI filter installed. I have pulled I did the exhaust mod. (pulled out the 1"tube and installed a tip) I live at 4100'. I ride all over MT ranging from 2500' to 8000'. Most of my riding is between 4000' and 6500'. I am new to working on carbs but am confident of being able to do it. I am just afraid of setting it incorrectly. I have the 138 high alt jet , a 140 , 142 and a 145. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. TYVM
