Cool Clutch Basket

I have an Klr 650 2012 model

recently I started to hear a slip noice, when I loose the clutch and put the 1 grar, the noice comes from the clutch side
I opened the motor and I find that the clutch Basket is moving a little bit and not with the gear you can see it in the video
I have read some forums and the say it is normal. but it says that the clutch basket has to return to his original position. as you can see in the video the part does not retour. and it is really dificult to move it .
I would like to know if it is normal or i have to change or repair the clutch basket
Thanks a lot
