Foot Pegs

After last weekends 70 plus mile dirt road ride with 25 plus low water crossings including 3 deep creek creek crossings I knew I had to replace the :slippery when wet" stock foot pegs. Being the cheap SOB that I am I bought these from Amazon. The reviews are pretty good and a lot of guys on the KLR Facebook page use them plus the price is great.
I did have to adjust the shifter up a little to clear my boot.

Nice....and waaaayyy better than the stock POS pegs. If you don't have springs, Moose makes some that should work and you can buy separately.

If you want to open up the ergonomics and improve positioning of the brake and shift levers, consider a set of these when the budget allows: 1987-2016 KLR650 Foot Peg Lowering Brackets
