Clymer manual

Pardon me if this topic has been covered. I couldn't find it. I have a 2016 KLR. The only Clymer book I can find covers thru 2012. I'm assuming there is a ton of overlap, but would it be more advantageous to wait and keep searching out the 2016 model year book, or will the current book suffice. Thanks in advance! Happy trails!

The 2012 book will be fine for 99+% of things. Changes since 2012 have been extremely minor; different suspension springs and damping settings, Clutch change with 1 less plate around 2012. Change to the rad/fan at some point (don't remember the exact year).....the rest is BNG's (Bold New Graphics).

Cheers,
Dave

Thankfully, the BNG's came right off with a hot blow dryer. Thanks for confirming that not a lot changes with this model.

For shame! I'll bet you're one of those types who rip those tags off your mattresses as well!
