Race Tech or Progressive

Looking to upgrade the front springs on my 2009 KLR. Looking at Race tech or Progressive. Have not messed with either one. Have progressive in my 05 but came that way so no way of knowing difference. I will be 70/30 road to dirt Any comments ?

Either brand will be considerably firmer than the OEM 2009 springs. Progressive probably has only 1 choice. Race Tech probably has several, dependant upon your weight.
