Well, duh, I didn’t even see that the part number had a link behind it to a more detailed page. Thanks, and I agree it looks like the correct part.

Voyager, you have some confusion with part number preFixes. 90215, 90215A. Neither are on the page. 92015 & 92015A are on your page.

It would help to link the full page, ?? https://www.partzilla.com/catalog/ka...50e9f/radiator

92015A = 92015-1692 RH?
92015B = 92015-1700 LH?

Yes, I transposed the 2&0 going from memory as I typed the numbers after inserting the image. I don’t see an A and B, just a 92015 and a 92015A, but I see what you mean by left and right. The odd thing is that they looked identical when I had them out, but I am guessing the left side is a tad longer since it has one more layer of plastic to hold as compared to the right side. It is the right side that was put in crooked and mushed asymmetrically, so it looks like I need the 92015-1692 part.

Thanks all for helping me get this sorted.

One more fairing question: What type plastic is used on the late model KLRs? Mine is a ‘17.

I found one thread on fairing repairs that said ABS was used on the later models and polypropylene on the earlier models. I would not have guessed my fairings were ABS by handling them. They felt very flexible and flimsy compared to my BMW fairings which are definitely ABS and are quite stiff when handled. It may simply be the material thickness and design (BMW tends to have lots of gussets and stiffening webs molded in) rather than material type, but I was curious to know what material is used in my 2017.
