Dave, I hope you do get a MCP kit and test it. Someone with your skills and knowledge could either prove or disapprove what some of us are stating after our installs. Looking forward to your review and test results.

Especially, data on claimed simultaneous increased power and fuel mileage appreciated.

So I just finished a long day of riding trails & dirt roads with my MCP carb kit. Very happy with the new tune. The bike is now pulling smoother than the KLX kit it replaced.

*snorkel removed, LeoVincex3 exhaust, Uni air filter.

*MCP: #42 & #150 @ Sea-level.

Sorry guys, I don’t have any specific data to provide other than Grant has provided our community a quality option to tune our beloved KLRs.
