Update... Found the 92153-0627 bolt. It's the same part as the brake banjo bolts. Still looking for the 92150-1641...

Found the other one too. Part 92150-1641 is used on the Ninja H2 on the crankcase. It took a little sleuthing but I found them all. I assume all the crush washers are the same. I ordered 6. I'll have all the plastics off for scratch repair and repainting so figured I'd do all the little things I've been putting off (doohickey with torsion spring, banjo bolts to minimize oil burn, coolant flush, thermo bob...). Oil was done recently and replaced with T6. Seems to be using less oil than it did with the dino stuff. What else should I do as a preventative measure? No sure if my engine has the deep hole issue. I'll check it while I have the generator cover off. The PO scraped off some stickers he had put on using a screwdriver, as far as I can guess, so I'm going to strip off everything else, resurface and repaint. He gouged the plastics pretty deeply. May also repaint the tank and front fairing to get rid of the silver. Thinking of going with a gloss khakis and black color scheme (similar to the gloss tan color on the Tacomas). Black fairings and fenders, tan tank and front fairing...basically everything black will stay black but everything silver would go tan. Also need to repaint the happy trails crash bars that the PO put on. They are pretty faded and need the rusty hardware replaced. Just finished a bunch of maintenance on my Concours 14 so time to get the KLR up to snuff.

08 and some 09’s were deep holes. When you order the Doohickey kit from EagleMike just tell him that you have the deep hole and he will send you the spacer kit with your order. good luck on your klr

Thanks. I had found it in a couple of places listed by part number but I was trying to stick with RMATV because I was ordering a bunch of other stuff and figured I'd combine the orders for shipping. I tried calling them but apparently the can only look up items by make and model on their side too. They can't search by part number. I found a listing on Amazon that listed bikes that use the part so I just had to pick a make and model and search the fiche to find the parts which are luckily listed in numerical order. Easy peasy.

I ordered the kit from Eagle Mike with comes with the flywheel bolt. I also have a 1/2" torque wrench so good there...I think it goes to 150 ft-lbf. I'll check it when I get home. It may be at the top of the range.

you might need a timing cover inner/outer gaskets. i reused mine as they were not damaged. they aren’t cheap.

I prefer Partzilla for a number of reasons when buying OEM parts. Not least among those is the reverse look-up. When you enter a part number, the page that comes back includes every motorcycle that the part was used on.

Here's an example, using your part number.
