mods on a 09 klr650

what mods give you the best bang for your buck?

For the long day, long mile rider, my vote is for seat improvement. Nothing will make a trip more miserable than a butt that says "far enough" three hours out of the gate.

The most noticeable modification for the least amount of money and effort is the 22 cent mod, IMHO.

Everything else is just fluff.

Talking More like a pop for the buck

I think the mod that made the most improvement on my 09 was idle jet screw no cost Then the L mod no cost ,vent the fuel tank no cost, the 22 cent mod .14 cents Wal-Mart ATV seat cover $20.00 + - not as good as a corbin but an improvememt over stock and protects it as well....Hope this helps as you can see I've got big bucks in my bike

I got mine at the dealer (also a KTM dealer). It was $30 and made a huge difference for the type of riding I do.
