Moab Adventure Sag Help

Does anyone know how to set the sag on a moab adventure? I would like to have it come down just a little more when I sit on it with full weight. If on the sidestand side of the bike do I rotate it with the little wrench thing from the back of the bike towards the front or the opposite way? I spoke to Rick yesterday about it and he told me but I forgot by the time I got home....I don't want to bother him again and sound like an idiot :-/

Anyway he told me to go 3 complete turns but I cant remember which way he said to turn it...

Turn the collar counter clockwise, which means if your are on the left side of the bike you will turn the wrench to the rear.
