Has anyone tried the eBay headlight upgrade?

I didn't realize at first that this was also a stock headlight upgrade. I like the idea of having a backup system too.

Has anyone put one of these on?

He also sells fuse kits. The lights are interesting and the price is not that bad for a PnP product. I want to know how much of the road can be lit up and is there any airflow issues.
