New Boots

I have spent the last several months trying to decide which & what type of boot I need.
I decided to get a full blown MX boot. I based this on my experience so far. I have been wearing my beloved Danner Acadias. I have a lot of road miles on these boots & feel they do a great job in that role, my shins take a beating when on ruff trails.

I ordered Thor Quadrant ATV boots late last week & I recieved them this morning. I put them on after lunch & thought I would begin the break in process up at our Christmas Tree Farm. I probably walked about 2-3 miles between helping customers & walking back to my house to get the KLR for a test run & to install a IMS shifter.

These are my first MX boots. After hearing all the stories of MX boots being too stiff to walk in, I was very suprised by the end of the day that these did not feel bad at all.

After riding around the farm a little, MX boots are going to take a little getting used too.
But I think I am going to like them.

Glad they work, if I can ask how much did they set you back?

Thats good to hear treeman. I've had my eye on those boots for a while but have held off. Maybe Santa will bring me some.
