Just ordered my avon gripster

I got 6,100 miles out of the stock tire. Actually it has some tread left on it.

I figured better safe than sorry and summer time is coming up anyways. I ordered the Gripster. It should be put on Tuesday.

I'd like to thank the guys that suggested them.

If you got 6100 out of a stock tire you might be selling the bike before you wear out that gripster.
Be real careful with it in any muddy conditions, they get slick fast in comparison to the stock tire.

Finally got the gripster on the rear on today. The stock one in the back lasted 6,228 miles.

It feels like a much better road tire. Very smooth. I hope it lasts a long time or I gotta start learning to replace my own tire.
