Rubbermaid Action Packer

I have seen several threads regarding the use of the 8 gallon unit, and it looks like something I would like to do if the inside area is large enough. Unfortunately, none of the stores in my area have them on the shelves, so I would have to order one. Before I do, could someone be so kind as to measure the inside dimensions of their unit?

Thanks in advance.

I would, but my wife stuffed it full of clothes and put it somewhere. It was supposed to go on the back of my bike. Then I got a trunk instead. Glad I did. Food for thought.

I got mine at Sportsman's warehouse and mounted it to the existing hole for the lugage rack.

you may be asking for trouble to ask a guy to measure that!

if you live near an rei they have em too.

good luck with your quest. good god, those things look big enough to get a ponykeg into!

you may have just invented the party machine mod!

Thanks benny m, but I'm pretty sure that's the exterior dimensions. I'm looking for the inside dimensions.

I have several of those used for storage in truck. I purchased at Wal-Mart for 18.00 each. Maybe that will help.

I don't, but google 'KLR Action Packer" and you'll get a bunch of pics.

That could work for a weekend camptrip..keep everything dry..

You start with a full bag of luck and an empty bag of experience. Hopefully you fill the bag of experience before you empty the bag of luck.
