I saw it on my way home from work last night: people driving like idiots in a mad rush to get to wherever they're going. On Monday, it will be a mad rush to get back home. Heard two stories from people coming to work of local car/motorcycle accidents; fortunately neither of them fatalities.

I went 460 from Roanoke to Norfolk. I specifically avoided I81 to I64. My wife went that way. She got to set on the bypass in Richmond for an hour. There was a real bad mangle of an accident there at 2:30am.

Certain weekends are akin to riding your bike after midnight on New Years Eve. This is one of them. I'm content to leave the bikes in the garage and ride another day.
