Low Cost Side boxes or saddle bags

Anyone know of a source for a low cost storage to mount to custom made saddlebag frames. http://powers31.info/Side_Luggage_Frames.htm

I just finished a set of frames. Now I'd like to find a couple of cheap boxs or low cost saddle bags.
Something with approximate dimensions of.. 12 14 long x 8-10 High x 5-8 deep (give-or-take)

These frames come off with 3 bolts so I probably won't use them when trail riding, just when doing back roads etc.

I found a tail bag at WalMart luggage department a few years ago for $12.00
Works good for my purposes. Anything made for motorcycles usually has a high price tag, so I try to find alternates when ever possible.

I've seen a few use old military ammo boxes. they look pretty decent and you can use silicone around any holes you drill to keep 'em water proof.

Tractor Supply Company has 'horse" insulated saddle bags for about $ 14, as I recalled.

I've used 'em; o.k. except without stand-off brackets, expect some plastic scratching; and . . . things may get somewhat warm around the exhaust.

How about a duffle bag, tail bag, tail box?
