Eagle Mike

Eagle Mike is at it again, making another smitten customer. I ordered sprockets and a prevailing torque nut from him on Saturday. I had the parts Wednesday. Today, I had a question for him about some new chain noise after the install, so I called the contact us phone number. He answered after about 3 rings and took time to help me trouble shoot my new noise (which turned out to be nothing...I hope).

In the present day and age, people are too busy to take the time to help their customers, or just don't care. We can all order EM products from rocky mountain or wherever, but try to order them from him directly. I'm sure he appreciates the business. He is extremely helpful, and a true pleasure to purchase from. I know I will order from him directly every time I can from now on.

Eagle Mike, thank you.

You sound just like me when I last ordered from him.. About the only place I get customer service like Mike's is from Motorcyclegear (used to be NewEnough)..

Couple weeks ago I ordered a new helmet. It arrived with a broken "chin curtain", as the plastic that holds it in the chin area was cracked.. I sent an email to see if they had any available.. I got an email back, on a Saturday night, within 10 minutes of sending it. On Monday a new chin curtain was in UPS on it's way to me for free..

They contacted me to let me know it was coming, apologized for the broken part, and asked if there was anything else???

I replied back when the part arrived and worked perfectly, and they replied that they were glad it all worked and to ride safely..

It's places like Eagle Mike and NewEnough that make me happy to have a chance to spend money with them and keep them in business.. I hate bitching about crappy customer service, but I sure like passing on outstanding examples of it..

Agreed on both counts. If it weren't for Newenough, I would be riding naked.

Geez, first you're gonna paint Craig's butt with reflective paint, now you're gonna ride naked.

"What's in that black nail polish?", Tom asked darkly.

"The nail polish is purple sparkle as chosen by Francine," Tom said brightly.

"Ah! The purple didn't come across in the video", Tom said cattily.

Oh, the cat in the video!!!

"That one was a stretch," Tom said achingly.
