Any Shifter Ideas?

I wear a 15,16 size shoe. I got a new pair of boots that I really like, problem, the shifter. I took it off, and raised it so the boot can fit under it, the question I have is; has anyone have any ideas on how to lengthen the space between the foot peg and the shifter? Has anyone moved the foot pegs back slightly, or move the end of the shifter forward? I would like to be able to have the heel contact the foot peg and still fit under the shifter. If I just raise the shifter level and put the heel of the boot against the foot peg, the shifter rests on the top of the arch. I hope this makes sense. Is there another bikes shifter that is longer, that will fit? Any ideas, what have you bigger guys done?

Hi D C!
Moose and IMS as well as others make extended shifters which are about 1" longer.
CraigES an inmate here makes footpeg relocation brackets that move the pegs back and down.
Hope this helps!

Moose Racing makes a shift lever 1" longer than stock: Google search

There's a member here that was making foot peg lowering brackets, here's the thread

A longer shift lever and offset brackets will give you plenty of room.
