Not so good vibrations

I have a 2008 KLR 650 with close to 31,000 miles on the clock. I am getting vibrations under the seat around 60 MPH and over. I am currently running on Mitas E-08 rubber that have been fine. The only recent change I made was tire pressures 36 psi rear 30 psi front. Does anyone else have this issue and can recommend what to look at to solve it ?

Bundybear_79,
I'll recommend that you reverse your tire pressures! Or at least change them to 2 PSI Higher in the skinny Front tire verses the Fatter rear tire. This reduces front tire tread cupping which Will Cause vibration.

But, other than that, not enough information about you or your bike!

Has the engine balancer chain adjuster locking lever and spring been replaced?

Thanks pdwestman I will adjust the pressures on my next ride. I have only recently purchased the bike so know little about it. I do know the carby has had a little work and a staintune pipe is fitted. Gearing is 15/42 so getting up around 65MPH sitting on or just over 5000rpm. I sure could do with a 6th gear, but if I change my gearing to 16/42 I am worried about the off-road capability, what do you think ?
