Hello From Orange County

Hey there! Just wanted to check in and say hi. Just bought myself a 09 KLR650. So if anyone wants to ride let me know! I'm wanting to ride to the peak of Saddleback Mountain.

Greetings from San Diego county. Maybe a ride sometime in the middle, no that would put us in Camp Pendleton! Where is the saddle back mtn ride, what is the surface, road, single track? Welcome to the forum!

Saddleback Mountain is in the Rancho Santa Margarita city. I haven't been up it yet but from what I hear is an easy ride. It's a fire road which recently just opened up. Some ruts and loose rocks. Nothing extreme though. It's been one of those things I've always wanted to do. I see the mountain everyday and I just want to be on the top of it! I am planning to ride up with Wednesday hopefully.

Sounds fun, I have friends who live in the area and love it. Maybe another time we can meet up and ride it again.
